I thought maybe it was a Pho place but my Google search for Fresno revealed nothing. So I'm instead opting for Guadalajara No. 3 since that popped up in the results.

I just drove past this yesterday it's the Firehouse on Fresno St downtown across from the Ralley's
Fire Station No.3 Fresno and E St.
